Does the site visit cost anything?
No. We look at everything on site and then send you a written quote.
How long does a loft conversion take?
Usually four to eight weeks, depending on the size. The schedule is in the quote.
Do I need a permit for a loft conversion?
Often yes, for example for new living space or a dormer. We tell you what is needed at the site visit and work with architects.
Will it be very dusty?
We separate the work area with dust walls and vacuum every day. It cannot be completely dust-free, but the dust stays where we work.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes, for example a single partition wall or a suspended ceiling.
Do you work all over Berlin?
Yes, all over Berlin and the immediate surroundings.
